Bruce Carscadden Architect Inc is an innovative and dedicated architectural design and planning firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia. BCA was founded by Bruce Carscadden in 2000, and we have grown steadily over the past eight years to an office of eleven.

With recreational, institutional, commercial and residential projects for public and private clients, our projects take us across the province and beyond. In part because of this, our work focuses on a respect for place, a respect that grows from a careful understanding of specific site, climate, context and client. As a result, our work is as varied as our clients and as the places in which we have built.

Terms and Conditions of Auction:

  • By clicking "I Agree" on the bidding form, you commit to purchase the specified competition entry with the amount entered as your maximum bid, granted that you are the winning bidder.
  • Payments may be made by cash, cheque, visa, mastercard, or interac at Vancouver Special.
  • All payment for houses must be received by 6pm November 26, 2008.
  • Winning bidders must pick-up their house (or have made arrangements for others to do so) by 6pm November 26, 2008.
